What we collect on this site
When you visit tangible-growth.com we may collect:
- Page views and click events (anonymous, no cross-session identifier).
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and operating system, used to deliver the site and aggregate analytics.
- Information you choose to submit through forms, the chat widget, or a meeting booking (name, email, company, message).
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website, and consent where the chat widget or analytics cookies are involved.
Analytics
We use PostHog, a first-party analytics service hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany), to understand how this site is used. Until you accept the cookie banner, PostHog runs in memory-only mode and stores nothing between visits. If you accept, PostHog persists a first-party cookie and a localStorage entry so the same visitor identity is recognised across visits.
Cookies
We use HubSpot to provide the live chat widget, meeting bookings, and forms. HubSpot displays its own cookie consent banner on first visit.
HubSpot’s analytics cookies (__hssc, __hssrc, __hstc, hubspotutk) are only set after you accept that banner.
Chat session cookies (messagesUtk, hs-messages-*) are only set if you start a chat conversation and agree to the chat widget’s separate prompt.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.
Subprocessors
- Hosting and CDN: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Processes request metadata (including IP address) to deliver the site.
- Analytics: PostHog Inc., EU-hosted (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Chat, forms, meetings: HubSpot, Inc. (United States), under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Visitor company identification: IPinfo.io (IPinfo, Inc., United States), under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We perform a reverse-IP lookup on each session so that anonymous corporate visitors can be reported at the company level (e.g. “a visitor from Acme Corp opened the pricing page”), not the individual level. IPinfo processes the IP address; the resulting organization name is stored alongside the visitor’s PostHog events. No additional personal data is shared.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
